Kathy Perry has been studying the mind body connection and finds it amazing that the mind has the ability to change how we feel, think and react to situations differently to improve your health and quality of life. 

She is also an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist, Silva Method graduate, certified in Reiki I & II, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Mind Coach Academy and the Emotion Code.

Kathy co-founded Mind Wellness Coaching, a company that helps people who are suffering.  

Kathy lives in Florida and has been continuing her knowledge of the body’s energy system, mind body connection and how emotions can have a physical effect on the body.
