I specialize in addressing trauma and removing blocks that can keep clients stuck through an approach that can be quite powerful and rapid, without having to re-experience traumatic events and painful emotions.

As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, I have extensive experience working with trauma, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, co-dependency, and relationship distress in individuals and couples. I am an advanced Rapid Resolution Therapy practitioner, a certified OBA Hypnotherapist and coach, as well as Imago Couples Therapy trained.
